We’re Hiring: Sales Agent / Call Center Sales Representative (On-site | Rawalpindi)
Source Code Academia is looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Agent / Call Center Sales Representative with BPO / Call Center experience to handle student inquiries and convert leads into enrolled students.

If you’re great at tele-sales, objection handling, and closing—this role is for you. ✅

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

• Convert leads to enrollments through persuasive communication

• Guide students on the online registration portal and support basic technical issues

• Collect & verify Proof of Payment (PoP) to complete onboarding

• Maintain accurate records in CRM

• Coordinate with Sales Team & Cluster Managers

• Meet and exceed monthly targets + KPIs

• Ensure excellent customer service & follow-ups

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in Call Center Sales / BPO / Telemarketing / Inside Sales / Customer Support

• Education: Bachelor’s (Completed or Ongoing)

• Languages: Fluent English + Urdu

• Skills: Lead conversion, negotiation, objection handling, CRM/data entry, follow-ups, time management

Compensation & Job Details

• Salary: Rs 50,000 – 100,000 / month

• Basic + Commission
